INFORMATION
The Organising Committee (OC) will provide an entry visa to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for the entire FINA Family (Member Federations, FINA Bureau, Member of Committees and Commissions, Officials, Staff, FINA Partners and Sponsors).
Visa requirements for entering UAE vary for different nationalities and it is always advised to check regulations before traveling. Currently, every nationality entering the UAE needs a visa except citizens of GCC countries (Gulf Cooperation Council: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia), expatriate residents of the GCC (certain nationalities and professions) and citizens from countries mentioned in the chart below.

Citizens of the following countries do not need to obtain a visa prior to entry if the duration of stay is less than one (1) month:

OTHER NATIONALS
All other nationalities need to apply for an entry visa before entering the UAE as per the following procedures:
National Federations and FINA Family need to complete the Group Application Form for entry visa to UAE (provided below).
The Group Application Form can be downloaded (below) and sent to the 10th FINA World Swimming Championships Visa Processing Office by fax or by E-mail:

A clear passport copy and passport size photo of each applicant to be attached ALWAYS with the Group Application Form (online/fax/E-mail).
LAST DATE TO ACCEPT VISA APPLICATIONS: 10 NOVEMBER 2010
A copy of the approved visa(s) will be sent to the assigned contact person of each group, hence please fill correct data on the form.
Visas will be valid for the duration of the Championships but maximum for 30 days from the entry date.
Members of the Media, family and friends of the athletes or the FINA Family with nationalities that need to apply for visa to UAE, please contact the UAE Embassy/Consulate General or the UAE visa processing office in your country for information on visa application.
For members of the National Federations and FINA family:
